"Honest neighborhood mechanic. Been going there for years and have never been disappointed. Recommends needed repairs and doesn't upsell for unneeded work. Shops around for good prices for parts. He treats my VW well."

"Eric went out of his way and took the time to help me, expecting nothing in return. Another mechanic quoted me a $115-$150 diagnostic with no time frame for my car to be seen. Eric troubleshot over the phone with me until my car turned on. He went on to explain to me the reason for this trouble in my particular car."

"Eric is a such a welcoming, nice guy! I'm not well versed in car-talk, but Eric fixed up my car's brakes within the day and was able to help me understand what was wrong. Didn't try to charge me for anything I didn't need and was very reasonably priced. This is the perfect place to go as a UW student!"

"I so appreciate the courtesy and generosity of the folks who work here. I especially want to thank Trevor as he did a tire check for me, and spotted a couple of other things that needed checking, even when I hadn't even realized they needed attention! All of that being free of charge. Very thankful that they are in the neighborhood and offer such great service. Will be returning for the next time I have major car issues!"
